Are your products safe for children or to use while pregnant?

It is very important that you always consult a healthcare professional before ever taking a new supplement. Especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have and sort of disease or illness, are taking medication, or if you plan to give the supplement to a child. 

That being said, most of the ingredients used in our products are generally regarded as safe for daily use. 

Can I Return My Purchase?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.

If you received the wrong product, please take a photograph of the item you received email it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your phone number and full name.

My order was damaged during shipping, what should I do?

If you received a damaged product, please take a photograph of the exterior of the box and a photograph of the contents in case we need to make a claim with the carrier. Then contact us by email at orders@herbalrev.com within 14 days(the sooner the better) after receiving your order, with your full name and order number, what items were broken, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement for those items. No refunds or replacements can be given if you do not contact us and notify us of an issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

I received the wrong or a damaged item, but it was a gift. What should I do?
If the item was a gift to you and shipped directly to you, your refund will be provided as an emailed promotional code.
